Somatic Tech House is a registered research and education practice working at the intersection of nervous system regulation, systems design, and organizational capacity-building.

Founded by Iyanna Dorsey. Her background spans years of sustained high-demand operational environments, including hospitality settings managing 600 to 1,000 service interactions per day. The work required continuous real-time decision-making, cognitive load management, and performance under pressure. It also required direct personal navigation of capacity collapse and recovery. All frameworks were built from the inside of the experiences they now address.

The goal of every engagement is the same: build something that actually works for the people inside it — and prove that it does.
